Course Description: Physics is a higher level laboratory science class usually offered to Juniors and Seniors. Physics is a physical science that is the most basic of all sciences. Its about the nature of basic things such as motion, forces, energy, matter, heat, sound, light, and the composition of atoms. It meets the requirement for high school graduation and for college entrance. You should have a good knowledge of Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and Physical Science before taking class. There is a lot of math in Physics.
